A complete eSIM business. Built, shipped, and available to acquire.
Not a template and not a prototype. A full travel-eSIM operation we designed, engineered and shipped end to end — a storefront in sixteen languages, iOS and Android apps live in both stores, real carrier provisioning, payments, and a three-tier reseller programme. The entire codebase and its intellectual property are available for transfer to a single owner.
Three shipped surfaces, one system behind them.
Storefront
A Next.js commerce front end running sixteen storefronts — fifteen localised markets plus English. Product URLs are translated per market, not just interface strings.
Mobile apps
Native iOS and Android applications, both published and live. Direct on-device eSIM installation — no QR code to scan, which most competing apps still require.
Platform
A NestJS backend carrying carrier provisioning, payments, accounts, background jobs and the full administrative API. Twenty-five schema migrations of accumulated production work.
Live in both stores.
Screens from the production application — the running product, not a prototype. Plan browsing, regional and local catalogues, per-gigabyte pricing and checkout, all served by the same platform described here.
Sixteen storefronts, one catalogue.
The live commerce front end. Every destination carries its own translated address, its own metadata and its own price, generated from the same catalogue the carrier sync writes into — which is why fifteen additional markets cost configuration rather than a rebuild.
Carrier provisioning, modelled properly.
Selling connectivity is not selling a product. An eSIM has to be issued by a carrier, delivered to a specific handset, installed, activated, monitored, topped up and eventually retired — and every one of those transitions arrives asynchronously from an upstream system you do not control. This is where eSIM builds usually fail.
The parts that make it a business, not a shop.
-
01
Three-tier reseller programme
Creators earn on a tiered commission ladder with fresh, ageing and lifetime attribution windows. Each reseller gets a hosted storefront of their own. Commission accrual, tier promotion and payouts all run automatically as background work.
-
02
Payments and saved cards
Card checkout for guests and account holders, stored payment methods, Apple Pay, promotional codes with race-safe redemption limits, and a fulfilment pipeline driven by verified payment webhooks.
-
03
AI support agent
A retrieval-based assistant answering from your own documentation, aware of the asking customer’s own orders, with semantic caching, language detection and privacy-scrubbed conversation auditing.
-
04
Lifecycle messaging
Around twenty-five transactional email templates and localised push notifications covering activation, low data, expiry, top-up prompts and billing — the messages that turn one purchase into the next.
-
05
Operator API
A complete administrative surface: customers, orders, catalogue and pricing, carrier sync, promotions, resellers, payouts, broadcast messaging, editorial content and support analytics.
Engineered for scale before it was needed.
Ten background job queues
Fulfilment, provisioning polls, catalogue sync, notification fan-out, order refresh and reseller accounting all run asynchronously — each behind a feature flag that falls back to a synchronous path, so capacity can be turned up safely.
Twenty-four load-test suites
Checkout, authentication, catalogue, webhooks and the AI assistant are all load-, spike- and soak-tested against mocked upstreams, wired into continuous integration with a nightly run. Most businesses this size have none of this.
What changes hands, and what stays yours to decide.
You receive
Full source for the storefront, both mobile applications and the backend platform. The complete intellectual property, the localisation work across fifteen markets, the published app listings, and a supported handover with rebranding to your own name.
You bring
Your own operating entity, your payment provider account, your carrier supply agreement, and the tax treatment your jurisdiction requires. These are deliberately not fixed in the build — they belong to whoever operates it. We integrate each one during handover.
Sold once, to one owner. This is a source and IP transfer — not a licence, not a subscription. The buyer takes exclusive ownership of what we built. Best suited to an operator who already has, or can obtain, carrier supply and a payment relationship in their own market.
